The IP67 PRY Wall Distributor Empty Enclosure 178P/RR serves as a rugged outlet enclosure and power distribution enclosure for safe power distribution outdoors, on construction sites, and in damp industrial and workshop environments. The mounting unit accommodates 1x9 modular units (MU) on a sturdy top-hat rail and is delivered ready for connection with integrated neutral (N) and ground (PE) terminals, which significantly reduces the time required to install ground-fault circuit interrupters (GFCIs), circuit breakers (CBs), and modular built-in devices.
Made of impact-resistant ABS plastic, the housing reliably withstands mechanical stress. The impact-resistant, transparent Makrolon cover allows for visual status monitoring and operation of the circuit breakers even when the housing is closed. With full IP67 certification, the unit provides permanent protection for internal components against dust ingress, water jets, and temporary submersion within a temperature range of -25 °C to +40 °C.
